'Kiinteistö' (Real Estate) - originally, Kiinteistö was a little privately owned real estate firm. In 2001 the management of the firm decided to give Kiinteistö a big push on the local market. Between other business development companies they chose RABD as a reliable assistant in their advance.

As a small company with limited infrastructure Kiinteistö used to have a certain profit rate that was pretty difficult to increase in an age of franchises, mergers, etc. The firm was not able to provide full service package to its clients. 2002 became the first year with the record financial activity in the firm. Since that moment the firm has successfully closed in excess of $20 Million dollars in real estate sales each calendar year. In 2004 Kiinteistö even exceeded the forecast growth rate, selling over $23.5 Million in real estate.

'Rikas!' (Go rich!) - is an entertainment company with a wide range of services. It owns a developed network of gambling facilities all over Finland with the most exposure in Helsinki. It also issues a number of scratch ticket games and operates bingo and lottery games.

Rikas became RABD customer in 2001 when the company was in need of further promotion of its brand. The Association used its time tested methodology to help Rikas reach more potential customers. RABD Consulting and Marketing Research Department carried out the research in the concerned sector of the market and presented a detailed business plan with timelines. The RABD Project Manager who was allocated to Rikas worked closely with Rikas marketing office for yet more effective implementation of the chosen marketing strategy.

The results followed immediately. Since RABD made it possible for Rikas to have TV broadcasts and advertisements, an enormous number of potential customers came to the fore and ensured bigger profit.
